SHIPPING RATES

Hai Tea Beverages offers delivery across Canada via Purolator and Canada Post. Our delivery rates are as follows:

QUEBEC PROVINCE, ATLANTIC PROVINCES (Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia) and WESTERN PROVINCES (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan)

1 – 3 cases = $15 flat fee

4 cases = $20 flat fee

5 cases = free shipping

12 Pack

1 x 12 pack = flat fee 0f $15

2x 12 pack + = free shipping  

REMOTE AREAS

For all orders from remote areas (Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Northwest Territories), free shipping does not apply. A fixed delivery fee of $39.95 will be added for remote region deliveries.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available for all orders of $80, except in remote regions.

WHAT ARE THE EXPRESS SHIPPING TIMES?

Allow 1 to 3 business days for express delivery.

WHAT ARE THE STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES?

Allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package on its road trip. For corporate orders, please allow at least 10 business days for delivery.

DELIVERY TO A POST OFFICE OR MY HOME?

Unless otherwise specified, we deliver directly to your home.

I CHECKED MY TRACKING NUMBER AND MY PACKAGE SEEMS LOST. BESIDES MAKING A COCKTAIL, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you’re unable to track your package, you can contact Purolator directly (1-888-744-7123) or Canada Post (1-866-607-6301). In the rare case that your package is lost (seriously, go make yourself a cocktail), email us at drink@haiteabeverages.com and we’ll bring that smile back to your face.
