REFUND POLICY
THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT TO YOU?
For any error in your order, please send us a photo and write to us at
drink@haiteabeverages.com. You can keep the items sent in excess and we will send you the
forgotten items free of charge.
A PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED, CAN I HAVE A REFUND
For any damaged product, please send us a photo and write to us at
drink@haiteabeverages.com. You can throw away the damaged items and we will send you
their replacement, unbroken and in good shape, free of charge.
I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Of course. For any dissatisfaction with your purchase, please write to us at
drink@haiteabeverages.com. Depending on your situation, we will send you an item that might
better suit your tastes or simply reimburse you.
DISCOUNT PURCHASE POLICY
Any item sold on sale is considered a final sale, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Only a
defective sale item will be exchanged or refunded to you because defective things well, we don't
like that!
DISCOUNT CODE POLICY
Please note that discount codes cannot be combined, and only one code can be used at a time.
For example, the Black Friday discount code cannot be combined with the welcome discount
code received when subscribing to our newsletter.
ARE DELIVERY COSTS REFUNDABLE?
No delivery charges, including those for returns, are refundable.
